A non english speaking Indian person keeps calling me stating that he is with"ACS" and it is in regards to a pay day loan debt (which i have NEVER gotten) and that I need to call him back immdeiately to avoid being arrested for some kind of fraud. it was hard to understand him and I asked for his supervisior and verification of the "debt" and he could not provide either thing i asked for. Told him i reported him to the local police department, the FBI and the BBB and then he starts yelling and cussing talking about I would be arrested at my work, to which I responded good because I never got a payday loan from ANYONE and this is not a legimate debt collection agency. THis is the 3rd different number they call from and now they are calling my job!!! They got my info from the internet because I applied for a loan that I never got.

Says he was calling about my Visa bill being overdue. When i called later they call themselves TCM Bank. But they could not locate Stefan. It sounded a bit unprofessional.

Call left message on Voice Mail, it was a series of clicks or what sounded like someone pounding the phone on a table, almost like they were trying to beat out a tune. when I let the voice mail call it back it was "out of service"

FRAUD Do not give away your info. I've been getting these calls for 3 weeks now. I just made my way to a near by Chase location. The manager looked up the number and told me that this is a fraud. He called a few internal departments and they started an investigation. I hope this will put an end to it. A few interesting facts: If you call back, you will be prompted with a professionally sounding message asking to enter your card number (DON'T). If you keep banging on 0's and #'s you will get to a live person speaking with an accent. They don't state who they are, the first thing they ask is your card number. Try talking to them, but they don't say anything else, just keep stupidly asking for the card number saying they can't help you unless you give it to them. If you call this number with (plus) prefix, once in a while you'll be prompted with a message in an Asian language.

They called me and I was not able to answer. They did not leave a message. I called them back and asked what they were trying to do. They said they were Verizon Customer satisfaction department and wanted to tell me about upgrades that were available.
